BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
• Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face where possible
• Please avoid heavy SPF, oily products, or excessive skincare immediately before makeup application
• Gently exfoliating and moisturising the skin the night before is recommended for the smoothest finish
• Stay hydrated in the days leading up to your appointment for the best skin prep results
BROWS & FACIAL HAIR
• Waxing, tinting, or facial treatments should ideally be completed 2–3 days before your appointment
• Avoid waxing on the same day as your makeup appointment to prevent irritation
• If shaving facial hair, it is recommended to do so the night before or several hours prior to your booking
LASHES
• If you are having a lash extension appointment, please book it at least 24–48 hours before your makeup appointment
• Strip lashes are included unless otherwise advised
• Please advise beforehand if you prefer no lashes or have sensitivities to lash glue
SPRAY TANS
• Spray tans should be completed at least 1–2 days prior to your appointment
• Ensure your tan has been fully rinsed off before makeup application
• Avoid fresh tans immediately before your booking to prevent transfer onto makeup products and clothing
CONTACT LENSES
• It is recommended to insert contact lenses before your makeup appointment begins
ALLERGIES & SKIN SENSITIVITIES
• Please advise prior to your appointment if you have any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions that may affect product application
AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT
To help your makeup last as long as possible:
• Avoid touching your face unnecessarily
• Blot excess oil rather than rubbing the skin
• Keep makeup away from excessive moisture, steam, or rubbing
• Carry lip products for touch-ups throughout the day/night if needed

BOOKING & SECURING YOUR APPOINTMENT
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and time. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due on or before the appointment day via the accepted payment methods provided at booking.
Due to high demand, appointments are allocated on a first secured basis.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time may require full payment of the booking.
Rescheduling requests must be made with adequate notice and are subject to availability. One transfer of the deposit may be permitted at the artist’s discretion.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time to ensure your full service can be completed.
Clients arriving late may receive a shortened appointment to avoid impacting following bookings.
Appointments delayed beyond 15 minutes may be cancelled at the discretion of the artist and may result in forfeiture of all payments made.
EARLY START & TRAVEL FEES
Appointments commencing before standard business hours may incur an early start fee.
Mobile appointments outside the included service area may incur travel fees. Additional parking, valet, or toll expenses must be covered by the client where applicable.
BRIDAL BOOKINGS
A bridal trial is required for any wedding booking prior to the wedding day to ensure the perfect final look.
Final service numbers, location details, and schedules must be confirmed no later than 2 weeks prior to the event date
HYGIENE & SAFETY
Strict hygiene and sanitation practices are maintained at all times.
For the safety of all clients, services cannot be performed on individuals experiencing contagious illnesses, infections, cold sores, conjunctivitis, or similar conditions.
The artist reserves the right to refuse service where health or safety concerns arise.
PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA
Photos and videos of makeup services may be captured for portfolio, website, and social media purposes.
By booking an appointment, clients consent to the use of professional content unless otherwise requested prior to the appointment.
